These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the X4De website, X4De NFC products, digital profiles and related services.
By purchasing, accessing or using an X4De product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. X4De Products
X4De provides NFC-enabled business cards and related digital-profile services designed to allow users to share professional information through compatible devices.
Product appearance, customisation options and available digital features may vary depending on the product or service selected.
3. NFC Compatibility
NFC functionality depends on the receiving device supporting and enabling compatible NFC technology.
X4De cannot guarantee identical behaviour across every smartphone, operating system, browser or third-party device.
4. User Profiles and Content
Customers may provide information for use in their X4De digital profile.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide:
- is accurate
- is lawful
- does not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- does not contain harmful, fraudulent or misleading material
You are also responsible for determining which information you choose to make publicly accessible through your digital profile.
5. Custom Designs
Where card customisation is offered, customers are responsible for having the necessary rights or permissions to use submitted logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs or other materials.
X4De may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading or otherwise inappropriate for production.
6. Orders and Payment
Where purchases are offered through X4De, applicable product details, pricing, payment requirements and order terms will be presented before the customer completes an order.
An order is not considered final until any required payment and order confirmation process has been completed.
7. Production and Delivery
Production and delivery estimates, where provided, are estimates and may vary depending on customisation, order quantity, supplier availability, delivery destination and other circumstances.
Any specific production or delivery commitment should be confirmed as part of the applicable order.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Customised products may enter production shortly after approval.
Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible.
Any applicable cancellation, return or refund terms should be communicated during the ordering process.
9. Digital Profile Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to X4De digital-profile services, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
10. Third-Party Services
X4De profiles may link to third-party websites and platforms, including social networks, websites and other online services.
X4De does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices or terms.
11. Intellectual Property
The X4De name, branding, website design, software, graphics and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Except where expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit X4De intellectual property without authorisation.
Customers retain ownership of intellectual property they lawfully provide to X4De for customisation or profile purposes.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use X4De products or services to:
- impersonate another person or organisation
- distribute malicious or unlawful content
- engage in fraud or deception
- violate intellectual-property rights
- interfere with or attempt to compromise X4De systems or services
- use the service in violation of applicable law
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, X4De will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, NFC functionality, digital profiles or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. No Guarantee of Business Results
X4De provides networking and digital-profile tools.
We do not guarantee that use of an X4De card will generate customers, sales, business opportunities or any specific commercial result.
15. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the X4De Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
X4De may update these Terms & Conditions when services, products, business practices or applicable requirements change.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
